Scrappy Broken Dishes Quilt

A patchwork quilt hangs from a clothesline with trees and blue sky in the background.

This is the first quilt I have made in quite a while. I made it from about 30 fat quarters from Scribbly Gum Quilts' curated bundles. These are 4" finished squares and a total of 960 half-square triangles (HST). A few of the fabrics were doubled up but my final rule when putting the quilt together was that no two identical HST units were touching, and I was successful in that.

Swirls of quilting on a scrappy patchwork quilt.

This quilt is for my own bed and is cheerful and snuggly. It has an all over design quilter on it because the patchwork is rather busy and the quilting is there to hold the quilt together and provide a lovely texture.
